Exercise within limits will make you feel better both physically and mentally. If your budget permits, indulge in a massage. Be nice to yourself, you deserve it.
I consulted a nutritionist to discuss the latest findings on nutrition and its impact on fighting cancer. I had to adjust my eating habits as well as incorporate more exercise into my daily routine. I found time to walk and later on to work out. Treating myself to an occasional manicure was an added bonus I allowed myself. Letting your body know you still love it is an important step toward getting well.
